We take great care with everything we bake, using the best quality ingredients we can find, including Japanese flour, Valrhona and Callebaut chocolate, Billington's sugar, seasonal fruits and French butter.
Our cakes are only decorated with handmade edible flowers or organic edible flowers from local growers, ensuring that your wedding cake is free from pesticides.

Crafting Your Centerpiece of Love
01 - THE BEGINNING OF YOUR EDIBLE ART CREATION
Crafting a wedding cake is a collaborative process with every client. To start your journey, simply get in touch by filling out the Contact Form. We will confirm our availability for your wedding date, send additional information & schedule a call to explore your ideas. We may also request for more information about your wedding that will influence the design, such as theme, colours, florals, and so on.
02 - DESIGN PROPOSAL & PRICE ESTIMATE
A personalised design proposal is prepared that includes a sketch* & price estimate, providing a vision for your custom-made wedding cake & ensuring transparency along the process. We do not copy from any other artists designs, so our aim is to be fully familiar with your event details.

03 - ARRANGE A CAKE TASTING
Haute Cakes offers tasting of our sumptuous flavours which have been developed & enhanced over the years from Bee's experiences from all over the world. Choose to indulge in person, or if preferred, you can receive a beautiful cake box for you to enjoy at home at your leisure. The tasting can be scheduled with the Consultation or on a separate occasion.
04 - SECURE YOUR BOOKING
Once the design choice is finalized, Haute Cakes will ask you to secure the date with a deposit to guarantee the date.
05 - CREATION & DELIVERY
This is where you can sit back & relax, as I begin the creative process & expertly craft your cake, ensuring each petal and element of the design resonates with your vision. On your special day, your cake will be delivered to your venue, ready to add its magic to your celebration.
