Our cakes are made with the finest ingredients including French butter, Valrhona & Callebaut chocolate, Maldon sea salt, and the freshest produce available.

While we offer gluten-free flavours, our products are prepared in an environment that contains milk, wheat, nuts & soy and are therefore not suitable for individuals with severe allergies.

DESIGN NOTES

While we strive for consistency, please note that there may be slight variations as every cake is made by hand & from scratch. The images displayed are for reference and inspiration.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

00% payment is required to secure the order, and is due upon checkout.

Please note that all confirmed & paid sales are final. Changes or cancellations for confirmed & paid orders will not be accepted with less than 4 business days notice for 1-tier cakes, or more for larger cakes. 

30% cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations of confirmed & paid orders. The remaining amount will be retained as store credit. Full or partial refunds are not provided.

CAKE CARE & STORAGE

Butter-based cakes should always be served at room temp. A chilled butter cake feels denser and will seem dryer. Please always bring to room temp for 1-2 hours before serving.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the venue has proper storage conditions for the cake. If you need information on the cake box size, or any other details to ensure proper storage, please do not hesitate to email me or call me at +65-83228358 for assistance. We would not be held responsible if the venue does not have proper conditions to store the cake.

Storage - The Gluten Free Chocolate & Chocolate Cakes keep well for up to 6 days.

* All our other cakes keep well for 3-4 days.

* If you are not eating your cake the same day, you can store in the fridge or a cool place to keep it fresher for longer.

* Don’t leave in direct heat or sunlight, the buttercream will melt: a cool dry place is always best.

Transporting:

* Please don’t stack anything on top of the box and lift carefully from the bottom of the box, taking care not to squeeze the sides.

* Always sit the cake flat – the footwell of the front seat or boot is best, rather than the seat of the car (where it will tip).

This customised cake design is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, which is best consumed at room temperature when soft and creamy.


If refrigerated, thaw for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until cream is soft to the touch to ensure that it cuts well. Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut.


The cake can be displayed in an air con room (at least 18°C) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without air con, especially under the hot sun, or in warm and humid areas.
