Transporting
Please hold your cake box at the bottom & keep your cake as level as possible. Place your cake on the floor of the front seat or a flat level surface, not on the car seat as it might tip over. Do not stack anything on top of the cake box, taking care not to squeeze the sides.
Storage During Your Event
If your event / cake cutting time is more than 2-3 hours away, you can store your cake in the entire cake box in the fridge.
Please take out your cake around 2 hours before cake cutting time. Our cakes must be served at room temperature – I insist! A chilled cake will always seem more dry & dense.
Do not leave your cake in direct heat or sunlight; a cool, dry & air-conditioned place is always best.
For fondant cakes, please do not subject your cake to temperature "shocks" (e.g. by moving it from a very cold spot to a very hot spot within a short space of time) as the fondant may start to 'sweat' due to the condensation that is forming on the cake.
If you plan to place your cake outdoors, fondant cakes will last longer than buttercream cakes however many factors such as the temperature, humidity, setup details of your event, etc. will affect the condition of your cake.
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the venue has proper storage conditions for the cake. If you have any questions regarding care care or storage, please do not hesitate to email me or call me at +65-83228358 for assistance. We would not be held responsible if the venue does not have proper conditions to store the cake.
Precaution of Non-Edible Components in Cakes
Please note that cakes may contain non-edible components (e.g. dowels, straws, wires, etc.) to support parts of the design or additional cake tiers. Do take care to remove these components before serving the cake to your guests.
Shelf Life
Our cakes keep well for 3-4 days. Some flavours (e.g. gluten-free chocolate cake & chocolate cakes) can keep well for up to 6 days. Other components (e.g. edible floral art, fondant or wafer paper toppers, etc.) will keep for 1-6 months depending on how they are stored.
Self Collection
Self collection is free & you may collect from our shop during opening hours, or at an agreed time.
Delivery
The delivery fee is $25 (flat fee islandwide). For orders above $1,500, delivery is complimentary.
Please note that once delivery has been completed, customers are responsible for their cake and we are no longer liable for the cake delivery.
Our online shop offers various customisation options for your special celebration cake.
For customised designs, we will discuss your desired design using sample / reference photos. For large orders, a cake sketch will be provided together with a detailed proposal & price quote. Depending on the lead time, we can have up to two rounds of design revisions or refinements (only applies for clients who have confirmed their cake order & placed their deposit).

Bridal couples may sample cake flavours by purchasing a Tasting & Consultation ($75 per couple), which comes with a Tasting Box of 4 mini-cakes of your selected flavours.
