At Haute Cakes, we offer two delicious cake flavour menus to suit your needs. The Celebration Cake Menu features flavours that are perfect for smaller celebrations / single tier cakes or those who prefer cakes that have lighter textures & flavours. The Designer Cake Menu features classic flavours that are suited for more elaborate celebrations & are specially crafted for stability and taste, ensuring your multi-tiered cakes are as delicious as they are sturdy. Any flavour from the Designer / Wedding Cake Menu can also be chosen for single tier cakes or smaller celebrations.
All our cakes are freshly made-to-order & crafted with the finest ingredients available.

CLASSIC CREAM & FRUITS
For those who love airy & soft cakes, this cake will not disappoint with its super light pillowy-soft vanilla sponge cake layers filled with seasonally fresh fruit & Chantilly cream.
ONDEH
Our Ondeh cake captures the essence of a classic Malaysian treat - light coconut sponge layers with filled rich Gula Melaka curd & delicious pandan Diplomat cream.
BLACK FOREST *
A nostalgic favourite of many of us & for a good reason! Delicate chocolate sponge cake layers that are soaked with cherry liqueur & filled with homemade cherry filling & luscious mascarpone ganache.

EARL GREY YUZU
This cake is an exotic & exciting citrus twist coupled with the delicate floral notes of Earl Grey, featuring moist earl grey cake filled with yuzu buttercream & salted caramel drizzle.
S'MORES *
Nothing is more comforting than a rich & moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream, & this one is made extra special with marshmallow fluff & biscoff pieces.
DUBAI CHOCOLATE *
This popular cake flavour features rich chocolate cake and pistachio mousse, dark chocolate mousse, katalfi layer
and milk chocolate cream.

A classic flavour combination that works every time - chocolate, more chocolate & hazelnut. Our version features juicy chocolate sponge with Nutella cream, Nutella mousse and homemade hazelnut feulletine crunch.

This cake reimagines the classic Twix bar, but in cake form. It features gluten-free vanilla almond sponge with whipped caramel, vanilla butterscotch whipped ganache and milk chocolate cream.

CAKE CUTTING GUIDE



Warm up the knife slightly by running it under hot water.
Slice your cake into the desired number of pieces based on the number of servings required.
(See Cake Servings Guide below)
Place your cake slices on plates & enjoy!
Before slicing your cake, remove decorations to make cutting easier.
If your cake has any non-edible structural elements, (e.g. straws, etc.), these should also be removed.
